At Smart Flow Bottle, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we have a clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.
  • A return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for bottles that have been used, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@smartflowbottle.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  2. Our customer service team will verify your request within 2 working days.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or guide you on how to ship the product back.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product and request an exchange, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, we will issue a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products used or showing signs of wear
  • Products without original packaging and accessories
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel, contact us at support@smartflowbottle.in with your order number.
